The Classis of the Hudson Valley, celebrate the resurrected and sanctified life we are gifted through God’s grace. Our lives are revealed to us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our lives are made manifest by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - unites and dwells in us calling us to witness to the Good News of Christ’s reign with one voice and heart.

As a communion of congregations and ministries, we have been called together, by God, for mutual blessing and accountability.  We are, therefore, led by the Holy Spirit to share our gifts and resources, give guidance and supervision, provide training and encouragement, and exhort and support one another toward the fulfillment of Christ’s reign in us, and in all of creation.   

We call upon God’s Spirit to empower our service, inspire our witness, enrich our worship, and bless our friendship. 

May the joy of new life in Christ go forth as God’s love is shared even to the ends of the earth.
